The organizational structure of the company consists of management, which in a well-coordinated team works at the company headquarters and with workers situated to various worksite abroad and at our partners.
The company currently employs approx. 200 workers. The dynamics of the number of employees is directly correlated to the amount of project requirements and the organizational team that works at the company, so the number of employees is constantly changing. The qualification structure is a diversified and adapts to the needs of individual projects.
Education is part of the business process. The company has also recently organized a training under the project “lifelong guidance for employers and employees,” partly funded by the European Union (European Social Fund), while the employees in the past year conducted training in the knowledge of computer science and a foreign language (German).
